Information on the implementation of the Whistleblower Protection Act
For Moselland eG, the responsible and legally compliant behavior of the company, its employees and suppliers is a basic requirement for the long-term success of the company. Our actions towards employees, business partners, suppliers and the public are characterized by integrity, responsibility and fair working conditions. We do not tolerate violations of applicable laws, internal regulations or the Code of Conduct.
If, despite our efforts, the applicable regulations are not fully adhered to, we will endeavor to ensure compliance immediately. Moselland has established a procedure – also to fulfil the German Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (Whistleblower Protection Act) – to give employees and external third parties the opportunity to confidentially report potential violations of national and european law. Reporting a compliance incident is voluntary and can be sent anonymously to our external ombudsman by email at email@example.com. We promptly investigate reported incidents confidentially, thoroughly and responsibly. The Ombudsman will not disclose your identity to the Company or other entities without your prior consent.
